How do the rewarded ads work?
Most features are free. Some tools offer a free daily use, after which you can watch a short video to keep using them, or upgrade to Premium to remove ads entirely.
Is the Heart Rate feature a medical device?
No. It is for general wellness and informational purposes only and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Consult a medical professional for health concerns.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open the side menu and tap "Delete my account & data". You can also clear local data via Settings or by uninstalling the app. To request deletion by email, write to support@kloud45.tech with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Why does the app need camera or location access?
The camera is used for the Smart Scanner and Heart Rate features; location is used only to find nearby hospitals and pharmacies. You can manage these in your device settings.
