Notes, reminders, to‑do items, scanned documents, generated documents, translations, and heart‑rate readings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or sell this content.
We may collect non‑personal, anonymous data to improve performance, such as device type, OS version, feature‑usage metrics, and crash reports.
If you use the Hospital & Pharmacy finder or location‑sharing features, your approximate location is processed to provide those services (for the finder, it is sent to Google Places to return nearby results). Location is never sold to advertisers, and you can disable location access in your device settings.
The Smart Scanner and Heart Rate features use your camera. Scanned images and heart‑rate readings are processed on your device. The Heart Rate feature is for general wellness and informational purposes only — it is not a medical device and is not for diagnosis or treatment. Image selection uses the Android Photo Picker; we do not request broad access to your photo library.
If you choose to convert a document (e.g., PDF ↔ Word), the selected file is uploaded to our third‑party conversion provider (CloudConvert) solely to perform the conversion and is deleted from their servers shortly afterward. We do not retain these files.
We use Google Firebase for sign‑in and to manage subscription status. This may include an anonymous or account identifier and your purchase/subscription state.
We use Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers, ad‑interaction metrics, and approximate location (if permitted). To opt out of personalized ads, adjust your Google Ads settings on your device.
The app relies on the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google AdMob (ads), Google Firebase (authentication & subscriptions), Google Places (location‑based search), and CloudConvert (optional document conversion).
Most data stays on your device. Where data is transmitted (as described above), we use industry‑standard encryption in transit. You can clear all locally stored data at any time from the app's settings or by uninstalling the app.
You can delete your data at any time:
Anonymous analytics and crash data cannot be linked to your identity and are retained only in aggregate for app improvement.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in‑app notice or email, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised.
